All manufacturing warranties apply. Returns must be authorized and must be received no later than 21 days after the original shipping date (please email for authorization) or a 20%
restocking charge is assessed if received after that date or returned without authorization.
Amads is not responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit. We will make every effort to help to replace or refund (at our discretion) if insurance has been purchased. Aquariums, Aquarium Furniture, Bird Cages, large and heavy items which are required to be shipped with a Trucking CO are insured and covered by the carrier and is included in the shipping charges. Any damages in shipment must be reported to the carrier on delivery. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the error originated by amads. Shipping charges are quoted for the 48 Continental states and may differ for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico. Please email for shipping charges for other countries or Aquarium, Aquarium Furniture other large items, multiple packages, volume orders etc. Prices are subject to change without notice. We notify the customer by email if the increase is above $2. We charge 50% down on order (not refundable if order is canceled by the customer) for Aquariums and Aquarium Furniture the balance just before shipping. Full payment is required on order for any item in the "Aqua Sculpture" category. ----------
Information supplied by the customer is strictly confidential and will not be released to anyone except to the proper authorities if legally required. Our Web site is secure and credit card information is encrypted and will not be stored on our computers. We report any internet/ interstate credit card fraud or attempted fraud to the FBI or local authorities. There is a $1 charge every time a credit card is declined by the originating bank or processor and needs to be re-submitted for payment except if an error was originated by amads. ------------
We ship within 2 to 6 business days, however it sometimes can take longer depending on the availability and the item. We receive shipments weekly and can ship whiten that time even if an item is out of stock. Aquariums, Aquarium Furniture are custom made and can not be canceled after the order is placed. Custom orders take about 2 weeks to be shipped.
